HEARTIFY MEMBERS
With over 20 years of experience in finance and sustainability, most recently as Group Finance & Sustainability Director at Ballingslöv International, I have a comprehensive understanding of the intricate connections between business operations, sustainability and profitability.
I am truly grateful for the broad expertise I have developed in finance, sustainability, acquisitions, corporate governance, tax, pensions and group accounting, among others. From strategy and policy development to leadership, execution and follow-ups. I believe that having a strong understanding of both profit margins and cash flow, as well as carbon footprints and double materiality, is key to long-term success.
I am passionate about driving development and creating value for both people and businesses, with genuine commitment and a forward-thinking mindset.

With dual qualifications and extensive work experience, I possess in-depth knowledge of both product design and sustainability. As a sustainability specialist, I have a strong understanding of how companies impact and are impacted by the external environment, which key ESG factors that are particularly relevant, and how sustainability can be integrated into the core business.
I am passionate about helping companies navigate the EU sustainability regulations, and clarify their activities. Working with the CSRD, sustainable supply chains, transitioning to circular business models, setting targets and developing strategies are all areas I deeply care about. Equally important to me is the value of clear communication and collaboration.
I am a good listener and driven by the interest to meet the unique needs of each customer!
