HEARTIFY e-learnings are ready-made digital courses focused on specific areas. The depth of the training varies – some courses are general, while others are more detailed. Certain courses are also tailored to specific roles within your organization.
All of our courses are inspiring, empowering and easy to understand. We believe in powerful, concise training sessions that quickly capture the essentials of each topic. Furthermore, we believe that a foundational understanding among many employees creates a collective, strong drive forward.

Awareness programs with nano-learnings - Launching in January 2026
Heartify awareness programs are ready-made digital training packages focused on broader topics. Employees receive a short awareness training based on a defined content framework and annual cycle – delivered as a 3–5 minute nano-learning once per month.
Each training is designed to inspire reflection and build awareness in a way that is both empowering and engaging. These programs are created for all employees, because the power to advance a sustainable journey lies in shared understanding and inclusive participation.
